We had a great experience staying at a hostel in Split. The location was ideal, as it was situated inside the historic palace and just a short walk to the Riva. The view from the top bunk was stunning, with a waterfront view that added to the atmosphere. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
The common areas were slightly lacking in terms of space and comfort.

The location was good and staff was very nice and friendly
Upper bed is certainly not easy for people to get in, as steps are very high and angular and there are hardly any possibilities to hold on to them.

I had a fantastic time at the design hostel. The cabin style beds were amazing, providing privacy and comfort. The layout of the rooms was well thought out, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The hostel's design was impressive and the lockers were spacious enough to fit my bag. I highly recommend this hostel for solo travelers looking for a clean, private, and stylish accommodation option.

Small but fine
Not much design. Relatively expensive for a hostel (sleeping dorm)

As young families, we loved the lively atmosphere of the area with musicians playing in the restaurant below the hostel. the spacious bunk cubicles provided privacy, and the shelf area was great for keeping our essentials. It was a pleasant surprise to receive fresh towels every day. the air conditioning was well-maintained during our three-night stay. the rooms, showers, and toilets were all clean and well-maintained.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.

Only the location is good in this hostel. All the rest is a real shame. But if your purpose is to have sex inside the dormitories, it's the best place to go, because you don't need to pay nothing to bring your girl to the bedroom and nobody will tell you not to do it. Read below and you will see details about this.
I would never recommend this hostel, neither to my friends, nor to an enemy. Nobody made up the room or changed the towels, It's not posible to put big bags inside the lockers, whose space is ridiculous. You cannot control the air conditioning and the temperature gets very warm in the bedroons in the summer. You cannot open the window either. During the night, two guys brought girls to have sex in the bedroom (but there was a woman sleeping there either; the bedroom is mixed). It got very noisy for more than two hours. I told it to the recepction and they did nothing. The second night it happened the same: people having sex during the night in the hostel bedroom. I also like sex a lot, but if someone want to do it, he should go to a hotel, not to a hostel, where the dormitories are for six or more. Booked.net should disqualify and exclude this disgrace from its renowned website. If I come back to this hotel, I will bring my girlfriend with me and she will pay nothing.

The location was superb, close to key attractions and amenities. the bunk beds were practical with curtains for privacy, a power outlet and reading light. This was helpful for personal space.
Although the hostel was clean, it lacked a social vibe with no communal areas to meet other travellers. the lockers were inconvenient;

Location was great.
Staff didn't really seem happy to be there or interested in helping at all. Food there was pretty average but the most annoying things were the size of the room and that it was so bright (fluoro yellow and white rooms) with thin blinds and freezing air con that you can't turn off. Not usually a complainer- location was good as we only stayed one night but if staying longer you could probly do better with a private apartment.

I loved staying in the heart of the city, with the pedestrian street and all the attractions within walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and assisted me with everything I needed, from check-in to check-out. Moreover, the simple but chic decor caught my eye, giving the hostel a unique vibe. Most importantly, the hostel was immaculately clean, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
Nothing that I didn't like.

My locker couldn't unlocked by code and had to borrow a key instead and my bed lamp couldn't turn on. I asked to repair it but was said to move to another bed. The room windows don't open and there is no air conditioner.

Very convenient location within the old town, just round the corner from the Tourist Office along the Riva. (I walked from the bus station and popped into the Tourist Office for directions just to make sure I wouldn't get lost!) I only stayed for 1 night and didn't have much interaction with the staff but found them polite and helpful - I was even able to check in when I arrived at 11am as the room had already been cleaned. I found the cubicle styled bunks with curtains aided privacy.
The hostel is showing a degree of wear and tear but at the end of the day it's clean and reasonably priced if travelling solo.
